1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DesiCart.pk website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To place orders, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information.

3. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However, actual products may vary slightly from images shown. Weights mentioned are approximate and may have minor variations.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes, in the currency shown on the site. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, or any other method shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (for digital payments).

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order shortly after placement, free of charge, within the window shown in your order details. For cancellations after the order has begun preparation, a cancellation fee may apply.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Delivery Policy

We currently deliver within Lahore city limits only. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times and fees.

7. Returns and Refunds

Fresh produce can be returned within 2 hours of delivery if quality is unsatisfactory. Non-food items can be returned within 7 days unopened. See our Return Policy for full details.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

8. Limitation of Liability

DesiCart.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
