Currently, we deliver within Lahore city limits only. We are expanding to other cities soon — please check our website for updates on new delivery areas.
2. Delivery Time
Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and may vary during peak hours or holidays.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery is free on orders above PKR 1,000. A delivery fee applies to orders below this amount — the exact fee is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order, with no hidden charges or surge pricing.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status from your account dashboard.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Wrong address provided: an additional delivery fee may apply
- Recipient unavailable: a second attempt will be made
- After repeated failed attempts: the order may be cancelled
6. Special Instructions
You can add special delivery instructions at checkout, such as:
- Gate code or building number
- Alternative contact number
- Leave with security/neighbor if not home
